A website for Magic Tours, a Qatar-based tour operator and DMC, presenting its corporate travel management, MICE events and bespoke holiday packages to business and leisure travellers in a premium, clearly organised layout.

The Challenge
Magic Tours is a tour operator and destination management company (DMC) based in Qatar. Its work covers three distinct areas: corporate travel management, MICE events (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions), and bespoke holiday packages. Each serves a different audience. A corporate travel manager, an event planner and a private traveller arrive with different questions and expectations.
The website needed to present Magic Tours as a premium operator while keeping these services clear and easy to tell apart. It also had to be found by people searching for a DMC or tour operator in Qatar. A site that tried to speak to everyone at once would risk being clear to no one.
Our Approach
We built the site around the company's positioning as Qatar's premier DMC and tour operator and gave each line of business its own clear place. Corporate travel, MICE and holidays each have a distinct entry point, so visitors can find the service that fits their needs.
We kept the tone premium but restrained. The language describes what Magic Tours offers rather than relying on decoration. The page title and description put the core terms people search for at the front: premium tour operator, DMC and Qatar. This gives search engines and visitors an accurate summary of the business before they reach the site.
What We Built
- Homepage introducing Magic Tours as a premium tour operator and DMC in Qatar, with clear routes into each service area
- Corporate travel management section aimed at businesses that need organised, high-standard travel arrangements
- MICE events section presenting the company's capability in luxury meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions
- Bespoke holiday packages section for travellers looking for tailored trips in and around Qatar
- Search-focused page metadata that states the company's role, location and specialisms in plain terms

Technology
The site, live at magictours.qa, is built as a content-led website. A DMC's offering changes with seasons, events and client demand, so the setup prioritises clear structure and straightforward content management. The Magic Tours team can update services and packages without rebuilding pages. Keeping the architecture simple also supports fast, reliable page delivery and clean metadata, which matters for a business that depends on being found by corporate clients, event organisers and travellers searching for tour services in Qatar.
